Croatia is an up-and-coming country that has attracted not only us, but also many other holidaymakers and investors from all over the world. After many years vacationing in Croatia, we wanted to create our own home. After several years of searching, research and many challenges, we came up with a concept that allows us to combine vacation and investment: With our experience, we design and build luxury villas for like-minded Croatia vacationers, and thus create a feel-good place for ourselves right by the sea in the off-season or on days off in the summer. The increase in value and the rental income make it possible to combine business and vacation.
Croatia joined the Eurozone and the Schengen zone on January 1st, 2023. This eliminates the foreign currency barrier, which was often seen as an obstacle to investments. At the same time, this change will make Croatia more attractive for vacationers, therefore improving the return on a tourist investment.
For you as a future owner, joining the Schengen also makes travel easier and thus your own holiday.
Investing in Croatia can have many aspects and opportunities.
