Due to the success and great demand for investment opportunities, after the first season of Villa Marim in 2022, we started the construction of two more villas in Vrbnik for 7(+2) guests each, which will open their doors for your summer vacation in 2023.
Designed by the world-famous Lotus architects from Zagreb, these villas represent two buildings that look similar but different in detail, one light and one dark.
First and foremost, however, we were convinced by the location of the luxury villas, on a hill in the wine village Vrbnik, overlooking the sea, the old town of Vrbnik, the opposite town Novi Vinodolski, and Crikvenica. The villas are surrounded by olive trees in a very cozy atmosphere that invites you to relax.
Vrbnik is a very special place, situated on a huge rock right by the sea. This also characterizes the surrounding beaches, which are very private and cozy due to the high rocks. Extensive and fine pebble beaches also surround the place, there is something for everyone!
Starting directly from the villas, a footpath and cycle path leads along the coast to many secluded bays where you can spend a few quiet hours.
Vrbnik is a famous wine town that invites you to taste the best Croatian wines. A tour through the vineyards or even witnessing the wine harvest is also possible. In the Katunar winery, you will be warmly welcomed and immersed in the world of Croatian wine "Žlahtina".
